Firstly Time Share makes you take a holiday. We were those sort of people that never thought of having holidays but with Time Share you have to take it or miss out altogether. You can space-bank and accumulate up to 2 years. You visit many places as we often swap for somewhere else thru R.C.I.
This particular resort has its own qualities and attraction. You are able to have an energetic holiday with tennis, swimming, boating, golfing or just enjoy the lovely scenery and pleasant walks.
The staff are always ready to help and they have our "Audrey" who certainly introduces you to the lovely area. My advice to any person contemplating "Time Share" do it now!

For me, timeshare has made travelling easier and given me the certainty of time in a quality resort at an affordable price. It is the easy way to pay for this type of accommodation as it becomes part of the annual budget rather than an extra expense.
Other benefits include a "club" atmosphere generated by each resort; the higher likelihood of conversing with other travellers from all parts of the world as well as local owners; and the added facilities provided by the resort (usually in the form of sporting areas). There's lots of freedom as it becomes "home", in contrast to motel/hotels where room service and the abundance of activity can be become onerous. I'm grateful that I was introduced to this concept and was able to take advantage of it.

This is our first experience in using Time Share since buying into a Resort in Bali. The ease of organising our holidays by using a Bonus week here at The Moorings was incredible.
We have found The Moorings to be relaxing friendly & very convenient.
We have specially enjoyed The Happy hour, the meals & "The Friendly Aussie Family atmosphere".
All this & the informative staff has persuaded us to buy into here to be able to bring our family to experience the same, as well as being able to Space Bank some weeks if we can't make it. We look forward to return & watch The Moorings go from strength to strength.

We have just completed one weeks holiday at 'The Moorings' & have really enjoyed the friendly family atmosphere of the place. The welcoming buffet & the roast on Tues. evening were excellent relaxed Oz style affairs enabling us all to get to know each other.
We are also interested in the proposed additional facilities in & around 'The Moorings' as it is a wonderful part of the N.S.W. coastline, it is a great place to have a holiday!

Even though the Moorings is so close to home we still find it a great place to come to for a holiday. Its only a short drive from home & our friends can come & visit, we can still even go to work if we need too! I guess the pool is a great attraction for us as the four of us all love the water.
This is our fourth stay at The Moorings, and it wont be our last.

We have come to realize what an asset our Timeshare ownership is. It guarantees us 2 weeks 'compulsory' holidays of which we find convenient to utilize locally or further afield by way of exchange. These 'compulsory' holidays are excellent for us as we are self employed and can 'spacebank' for a time that suits our quieter work weeks.
Our family has also seen the advantages of Timeshare and also use the accessibility and affordability of holidays with young children.
By exchanging our two weeks for two weeks at another resort, we get the benefits both by visiting other states or spending weekends at our/ownership resort - the best advantage is we can accommodate up to 6 people - indeed a very affordable break/holiday.
By being in a timeshare resort we get to meet many friendly people with the same interest to have a good time.
