Accommodation Rental Terms & Conditions


With the high occupancy turnover, The Moorings Timeshare Resort is unable to offer unit occupancy before 4.00pm.

The Moorings Timeshare Resort office is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm daily.

Should you expect to arrive at The Moorings Timeshare Resort outside these hours, please contact your friendly resort staff on (02) 44717500 to ensure entry to your unit. Please note the units are not left open after hours unless previously arranged.

Pillows and blankets are provided. Linen hire available for $5.50 per person/week.

Cots are available upon request.

Pets are not permitted.

Trail Bikes are not permitted.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy


A 50% deposit is required to secure your accommodation booking.

1. If your booking is cancelled prior to 21 days of arrival date we will refund your deposit less 10%.

2. If your booking is cancelled within 21 days of arrival NO refund is given unless the unit is re-booked then we will refund 50% of your deposit.

3. No refunds are given for early departures.
